Pest Practice FAQs

If your computer has an internet connection, can play sound and is capable of showing video, it will work. You can test it here.
Will it work on a laptop?
If the laptop fits the requirements above, yes.
What can I learn about?
Pest Practice aims to cover the majority of popular subjects which are required knowledge for pest controllers. We're busy extending the range of subjects on offer, and if you'd like to see something in particular, tell us.
What level of quality will the training be?
The webinar video training available on Pest Practice is delivered by leading experts in the pest control industry. Many of them deliver the courses you might experience in person. Webinars give you the ability to experience the presentation without actually being there.
Are webinars supposed to replace classroom training?
No. There's no substitute for being physically with the tutor, but webinars do give you something very close to that experience whilst being more convenient, lower cost and don't impact the working day of the technician nearly so much as off site training does.
How much does it cost?
Most webinars are available for £25.00 + VAT. This is billed securely to your credit card and allows you to view the webinar at your leisure.
Do I need a PayPal Account?
No. Although we do use PayPal to collect payment from your card, you dont need an account with them. If you dont have a PayPal Account, look out for the "I don't have a PayPal Account" link at the bottom, when you get to the payment page.
Will there be more subjects available?
Yes. We frequently add new content. You can keep up to date with what's available by signing up to the Pest Practice newsletter.
Are there bulk discounts available?
Yes. Contact us for details.
Are there opportunities for manufacturers & distributors?
Yes. We're actively seeking partners. Contact us for details.
Will I get a training certificate when I complete a pest cntrol training course?
Yes. Pest Practice provides a certificate to everyone who completes a pest control webinar course. It automatically updates as you complete more training so it's always up to date.
